People behind social media pages that offer passport appointment for a fee will soon find themselves in hot water. Department of Foreign Affairs Undersecretary Brigido Dulay sought the help of the Philippine National Police and the National Bureau of Investigation to go after Facebook pages that charge an amount for a passport appointment. Appointment slots for all consular services are free.
