Do you agree with the Cebu City Sports Center management’s plan to shut down the facility and convert it into a mega isolation center? I don’t because I believe the move will promote panic and deprive those who want to exercise to improve their health. Instead, it should only allow fully vaccinated individuals to use the facility to minimize the risk of transmission.
